of tandoori items range from Chicken Tandoori, Mutton Kebabs and Lamb Chops
that have been marinated for (two days) in home-made fresh grounded spices,
butter and yoghurt.

Tandoori Bread...
Jaipur Court offers more than 20 choices of home made breads, called the 'nan'.
The bread that is made on the spot and slapped on to the hot tandoori oven by
bare hands is a cooking demonstration not to be missed. The known nans are the
garlic nan; butter nan; kheema nan; tandoori nan filled with spiced, minced
meat, Ra Ra Kulcha...
a real compliment to the curries and masala dishes.
Sweets...
Northern Indian sweets are veritable calorie bombs. Mostly made of sugar, cream
and butter and fried in butter oil. The favourites of Jaipur diners are the
Gulab Jamun; deep fried khoya, marinated in sugar syrup and served hot, Kulfi
a saffron-flavoured Indian ice-cream. Jaipur regulars are hooked on its Mango
Lassi - fresh thick yoghurt blended with fresh mangoes.
